Aspiring ethnic jazz singer-songwriter Ja Quintana will be launching her first EP Padayon on May 5 at 70’s Bistro with performances by Bullet Dumas, Joey Ayala, Reese Lansangan, Toni B., and more.
Quintana aspires to put a spotlight on ethnic music and explore a marriage of ethnic and jazz. “I wish to pursue the kind of music that not only moves people, but moves them to action, and raises awareness on relevant social issues. “
Ja Quintana is currently working as a Migo Imagineer. 2010, she took a break from music to build a career in the entertainment industry. Last year, she decided to pursue her passion again – writing songs and performing. “I’ve been inspired to work on finishing my EP and releasing it this May because I feel like this is my last chance at pursuing this dream, and figured I owe it to myself to give it a real shot.”
She has released teasers for her EP on her Facebook page, watch them below.
Tickets are available for pre-selling via meet-up and online reservation for 250 PHP, at the event itself for 280 PHP, and a ticket and EP package for 400 PHP. Visit and message her Facebook page for more information.
